We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven associate to be the point of contact for our clients on a day-to-day basis. This role requires excellent project management and interpersonal skills and is a good opportunity for someone who wants to develop their go-to-market expertise.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate partner and client requests

• Assist the lead consultant in the timely completion of projects

• Assist in strategy planning, creating presentations and tracking reports 

• Conduct secondary research across various industries for market analysis 

• Coordinate with third-party agencies and vendors for the execution of a project and brand assets

• Collaborate with the wider, internal team for the successful execution of projects.

• Create content for and manage the social media handles for Incca 

• Work on organising Incca's podcast and other content distribution channels

• Media planning and PR coverage for Incca and its clients

 

Basic qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing and/or client servicing. Fresh graduates can also apply but will be considered for an internship. 

• Must be aware of the best practices in marketing and communication

• The ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver projects on time

• Knowledge of Canva, Wix, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. will be a plus
